Food Matters – Potatoes Hashed in Cream

 

This recipe speaks for itself. Simple and tasty and compliments just about any farm food based breakfast. At the time this recipe was posted  the potato dish was combined with 2 fresh eggs over easy and about 1/3 pound lightly sautéed chicken livers. The combination of macronutrients blends very well with my Metabolic Type® and will fuel my body through to dinner, about 10.5 hours without any drop in physical energy, mental stability or cognitive function. When your body is finely tuned and running on all cylinders, it is a joy to drive and makes the journey that much easier!
